TONIGHT AT CINEKINK!
Thanks to everyone who came out last night to kick things off in style with the most fabulous Wet Spots! Now, come along as we move to the Anthology Film Archives for a fetish double-header, as NOTORIOUS BETTIE PAGE and TORTURE GARDEN TGX pair up for a rousing start to this year's movie screenings at CineKink NYC.

NOTORIOUS BETTIE PAGE
See it one more time on the big screen with all your kinky friends! Join us for the CineKink NYC season opener film, NOTORIOUS BETTIE PAGE, which recreates the blazing course of the infamous pin-up girl, Bettie Page, who grew up in a conservative religious family and went on to became a photo model sensation in 1950s New York City. After falling in with photographers Irving and Paula Klaw, who thought to put her in thigh-high boots with a riding crop in her hand, Bettie Page's legendary fetish poses made her the target of a senate investigation into pornography - and transformed her into an icon who continues to enthrall fans to this day. (Directed by Mary Harron, 2006, USA, 86 minutes. Starring Gretchen Mol, Lili Taylor, Jonathan M. Woodward and David Strathairn.)
NOTORIOUS BETTIE PAGE is preceded by the internet music video sensation, DO YOU TAKE IT?, featuring the (most fabulous!) Wet Spots (Directed by Kirby Ferguson, 2006, USA, 3 minutes).

TORTURE GARDEN - TGX
This lush performance documentary captures the unique atmosphere, color and energy of a normally underground scene as the Torture Garden, the world's largest fetish and body art club, celebrates its 15th anniversary by taking over an enormous London venue and transforming it into an eclectic mix of clubs within a club: fashion arena, cabaret arena, burlesque ballroom, dungeon and playrooms. (Directed by Mark J. Blackman, 2006, UK, 67 minutes.)
Plays with BUNUEL Y'ALL! (directed by Armand A. Ruhlman, 2004, USA, 10 minutes) Sometimes clear, sometimes obscure, clips from Bunuel's 'Belle de Jour' are woven together with the trance-like, repetitive flow of fantasy, and PORK CHOP (Tom Barnes, 2002, USA, 10 minutes), in which a lonely young woman develops a taste for a particular type of flesh.

LOOKING AHEAD - THURSDAY AT CINEKINK
On Thursday, October 19th, at 6:30 pm, in a screening sponsored by The Eulenspiegel Society, is VICE AND CONSENT, a documentary visit with such prominent, long-standing members of the BDSM community as Midori, Jay Wiseman, Janet Hardy and Cleo Dubois, preceded by THE LINE BETWEEN, the story of a straight-laced woman who is pulled into the BDSM how-to video she has rented.
At 8:30, THE SEX MOVIE brings together four long-time friends - one gay, one straight, one bisexual and one lesbian - for a sexy evening of cat-and-mouse, revealing hidden longings and touching on such hot-button topics as sexuality, orientation and monogamy.
And at 10:30, while THE AMATEURS begs the disconcertingly comedic question of whether three would-be pornographers will ever achieve their dubious aim, DICK HO: ASIAN MALE PORN STAR takes a mockumentary look at an adult urban legend and RIM JOBS: YAY OR NAY? gets to the bottom of a divisive topic.
