An intimate look at the rise, fall and rise again of one of the world’s most recognized and controversial sex symbols. In a rare audio recording, with her razor sharp wit and Tennessee twang, the iconic Bettie Page narrates her own life, recounting how her unabashed sexual expression and provocative fetish poses set the stage for the 1960s sexual revolution and ushered in a modern era in fashion and pop culture. (“Bettie Page Reveals All” will be released in theaters in Summer, 2013.)

Taking its name from a series of shorts celebrating the spectacle of the NYC’s infamous Black Party, this collection of works explores the relationship between pain and pleasure, performance and transcendence.

On Saturday afternoon we're offering up a porn-focused triple-header!
Kicking things off at 1:00 PM, feminist pornographer Tristan Taormino takes the stage in THE FEMINIST PORN SHOW, introducing the concept of feminist porn and playing a selection of short clips she has curated from filmmakers around the world.
At 2:30 PM the discussion continues, as THE FEMINIST PORN PANEL explores what feminist porn is, how it relates to the mainstream adult industry, and some personal experiences creating, performing, or studying it. Immediately following the panel, a book signing reception will offer the chance to pick up a copy of the just-published 'The Feminist Porn Book: The Politics of Producing Pleasure,' and have it signed by your favorite feminist pornographers!
